What's New?
A few new communities to mention in the NW - Harmony has just opened which is located by the Springbank Airport, and Carrington (one of the first communities in Keystone Hills with Mattamy Homes as it's exclusive builder) has started grading in preparation of deep services. The Green C Train line is supposed to go into Keystone Hills - so it's exciting to see the community finally start! (Carrington is beside Evanston on the north side of Stoney Trail.)

Market Update:
Prices have come down between 1.5% to 2% since this time last year, so price wise we are seeing stability. The number of buyers and sellers out there still remains much lower than last year - again this is no surprise considering low consumer confidence and lack of job stability in some fields. CREB (The Calgary Real Estate Board) holds it's 2016 Forecast in January so soon we'll learn what is anticipated for next year.
