Is it just us - or is 2014 flying by? June is here, the rains are about to start (hopefully - because I've had grass seed down for a week already), and the kids are almost out of school. No surprise here but the Calgary and area markets are GREAT...or not so great depending on which side of the fence you're on! Homes are selling for (on average), 99% of list price of course assuming they're priced accurately - that's crazy! Average days on market for single family homes is about 2 months, but realistically for homes that are priced well, we'd say the average days on market are 1 to 7! Time will tell if the summer slows down a bit. :)
