David Alberda is a true professional. I've had the pleasure of working with Dave for a number of years and he consistently goes above and beyond what others in his field do. Home Inspector

Home Inspector: James Manfron owner of Frontline home inspections, is one of the top inspectors in Calgary. He comes from Vancouver, bringing with him a gas and a plumbing background into the trade. James is very thorough, and takes as much time as needed to explain not only the issues with the home, but also helps to educate about the maintenance issues that need to be up kept. He is full of information and knowledge, and does his best to educated his clients.

Condo Inspectors

Nina Bhasin - a great addition to my team. I can call Nina at any time, with a question, and she is always there to answer for me. Nina is very detailed in reviewing the condo documents and does an excellent job of explaining that to her clients. If Nina see potential issues, she will let you and I know.

Jeff Kahane had his own law firm. Jeff is just like the rest of my team, down to earth, loves people, and will take the time to talk to you as much as you need for you understand what it is you are reading. I can call Jeff anytime I have a question, and he is always able to talk to calls me back in a reasonable amount of time. Jeff is one of the only Lawyers I know, where I don't need to leave a message with his assistance, and wait on business house to finally hear back.

At times, I do rely on other REALTORS to help watch my business if I am away, and for brainstorming. I meet regularly with other REALTORS to share tips and ideas. At the end of the day, we are all on the same page, working to help you buy or home, or sell a home.

My Brokerage

Yes, they are there for support as well. The Discover Real Estate team is by far one of the best in Calgary. They have been around for more than 35 years, and are currently the second largest brokerage in Calgary with over 470 REALTORS. The office team is dedicated to watching over your deal just as closely as I am, to make sure everything is legal and timelines are met. I am able to call them anytime I need to. 

Summary

I need to add in, everyone on my team has similar work ethics, doing what is in the best interest of the clients. I am able to get a hold of all them, any time of day, that is in your best interest. Business hours, doesn't apply with my team. Although I would welcome and invite you to use my team, I understand that clients sometimes have their own team, that they trust, and want to work with. No problem, I have no issues with that. But, if you don't have a contact person in an area you need, feel free to contact these people. I have been working them all for years now, and trust them all. I also need to say, I get nothing from them for referring clients to them, just the peace of mind that the transaction will go through smoothly.
