In order to do some of my work ahead of time, I will need to know a little about your home: the age, size, style, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, renovations, etc.

I will also go over with you the selling process, and the marketing campaign specific to your home. We will then review the comparables, competition, successful sales, and market rejected properties to determine where your home should be positioned in today’s current market.
