First time home buyers

Ah, my specialty. I love first time home buyers. This is a very big decision, perhaps one of the biggest decisions you'll financially make. I understand the patience it takes to help educate you and inform you about the real estate process. I can tell you, we will take as much time as you need. I am not going to push you into something you regret or don't understand. I am not after the next pay check in my pocket. I believe that will come when my clients are satisfied, and happy.

How Will I Help You

By having my CCS Certification and the ABR Designation, you as a first time home buyer can be confident that you truly are working with a realtor that is looking out for your best interests. We will sit down for a "meet and greet", where I'll be sure to explain the home buying or selling process. This will give a chance to get to know each other and decide if we want to work together.  You'll be able to ask me questions, get the real answers, and really get a feel for the kind of person I am.  I am not going to push you into anything, make any decisions for or to you, but you will learn that we will work together to help you meet your real estate goals. I will be thorough and always communicate consistently so that you know what to expect.
