What is a "Meet and Greet"?

A "meet and greet"  is “Buyers Counselling Session”. During the "Buyers Counselling Session" we will be going over and discussing a number things that you need to know.  We will be discussing the steps to purchasing real estate, business practices and ethics, and it will give us an opportunity to discuss questions you may have.

This is a great time for you buyer to be interviewing me. You do suggest you interview Realtors, we are not all the same, and when you are looking for someone to help you make one of the largest purchase you may make, you do want to make sure you have someone by your side who you can trust, rely on, and who can guide you through the process, making it as smooth as possible.

And not to worry, I'll be interviewing you as well. I understand that not everyone can work well together, I want to make sure that the home buying process is as comfortable as possible for you.

I think you will find this "meet and greet" helpful and informative. This buyers Counseling Session is wonderful for first time home buyers, and everyone (even my resale clients) that I present this too, I hear time after time from clients  "Tania, no one ever told us that before." "I never knew that." " Why aren't other Realtors sharing this information with us?" Well, I cannot speak for other realtors, but I can speak for myself.

I find that clients are much more relaxed and educated, therefore felling confident in walking into the world of ownership of real estate. The expectation and concerns have been discussed, making the process even exciting at times. You have to learn to crawl before you walk... I am setting the foundation to purchasing real estate instead of just throwing you into it.
