Fixed rates starting to climb from the 60 year lows!

Hi Everyone!

This just came in and I am thinking that it could GREATLY affect some of you. If you are getting close to renewing your current mortgage, or perhaps you are thinking about buying, you may want to read this email! Feel free to contact Dave if you have any questions or concerns.

Hi Tania ,

I thought I would say a quick hello and I like to keep you in the loop about what is happening.

I am seeing fixed rates starting to climb from the 60 year lows and thought you may be interested in seeing what a new mortgage can save you. The savings are often more than people expect.

The major banks have started ending their rate war and rates are starting to jump quickly. Not only that but TD just announced it is increasing unsecured line of credits for many of their clients to 9.75%.

This may be time to get all of your debt into one payment and lock it in for the long term. Right now I have a 10 year fixed starting at 3.89%. This is not a 5 year rate but a 10 year and offers a lot of protection for a decade against increasing rates. I can hold this rate for 4 months too and all I need is your name, phone number and email address. Some conditions apply so call me to see what options you have and work out potential savings.

Hope you are doing well and would really enjoy hearing from you. Email me at dalberda@mortgagealliance.com or call403-803-4675 anytime for a quick chat to see what is available for you.

Thanks!!

Calling all "First time home buyers"...

I currently have a number of openings, to start working with new clients. And the interest rates so low right now combined with our lower prices, this may be the time you want to actively start thinking about buying a home again.

Question #17: What else do I need to know about you?

I love my work! I get to help people everyday, with a process that (for most people) only happens a couple of times throughout their lives. I am amazed at how many of my social work skills are relevant with Real Estate. Everyday, I learn...

Question #16: Once the offer is Conditionally accepted, will you be attending the inspection with me?

Yes! First of all, I will need to let you in. At the inspection will be the inspector, me, and the buyers – you! A good inspector will not only inspect the property, but will also help to educate you on regular maintenance issues you should be aware of.

Question #13: Will you show me properties/listings from other companies'?

Absolutely! This is a big miss conception among first time home buyers. I have access to all the listings that are listed on the MLS™, from all the registered real estate companies. WeList.com even has access to our MLS system now, and yes, I can show you those as well. So, it doesn’t matter what company is advertising the home for sale, I can represent you
